Juniper | Coriander Seed | Grapefruit | Cinnamon | Ginger | 6 Month Oak Finish
An alluring and enticing nose, with pronounced juniper and coriander seed. The complex aging process involving selected muscat, apera and Pedro Ximénez casks is apparent from the outset, and enhances the warming spice characteristics of both the cinnamon and ginger. The palate is rich and voluptuous, with an off dry finish accentuating delicate notes of fig and raisin.
Sufficiently complexity to be consumed neat, over ice, or with a small splash of water. Excellent in a Champagne cocktail, or added to French press coffee.
