The True Spirit Bus
Our rebuilt 1974 Atlantean Double Decker Bus is a fully self-contained cocktail bar and tastings event space. With comfortable booths, stools and standing room for 35 – 40 inside, we can also cater cocktails for up to 500 guests.

Our luxuriously appointed 1974 Atlantean double decker bus is a fully self-contained cocktail bar.
The popup roof creates an airy platform to enjoy the view at the polo or street party, the comfortable booth seating upstairs for twenty five can be expanded with virtually unlimited furniture configurations to cater for even the largest crowd.

Local Botanicals
We make our liquors using pure, natural Queensland ingredients, taking inspiration from the history and heritage of our great state. When we can, we make sure to support local business to create a real Queenslander gin.
Grain To Glass
The base spirits for our gins and vodkas are made by us with care and consideration. First, we select only the finest grain from Queensland. The grain is then milled, mashed, fermented and distilled into pure grain spirit in our prized iStill. The entire pure grain spirit production process takes up to two weeks.
Free Refill
We all want to reduce our environmental impact and one of the ways we can help is to encourage the re-use of our bottles, labels and corks. So Brisbane Distillery will offer a bottle refill service at our distillery door in West End.
